On Feb29,2024 we experienced a pinhole leak in our water line to the fridge. The leak resulted in damage to sheetrock, cabinets, baseboards and some mould. I contacted Armstrongwest the day the leak was repaired and they arrived the same afternoon to start the remediation process. Nick arrived th enext morning to explain the entire process of mould containment, mould removal and how the entire remediation would play out. He advised at the same time the role they would play in communicating with the insurance company and assured me that he would make every effort to get the project completed asap. Nick set up the process to allow us to stay in our home and he would work around our schedule which involved family vistors and our daughters wedding. The trades people Nick and Mike sent to our home were well experienced in the nature of this work and where necessary very creative. Jose, Daniel, Gabriel and Joey were incredible. Diane in the office was a great asset also.I have yet to meet such a polite group of tradespeople. 8 weeks later our house is back together as if there had never been a leak.
